  6. The Price and Payment
    1. The price of the products will be the price quoted in the Web Site at the time we accept your order. The price will include any applicable value added tax, but not the cost of delivery.
    2. In addition to the price, you will have to pay our delivery charges as quoted in the Web Site at the time we accept your order – unless you qualify for free delivery. The amount of these charges varies according to the method of delivery and the delivery address you specify in your order.
    3. Payment is made by credit card at the time we accept your order. (The credit cards we accept are listed in the Web Site at the time you place your order). Refunds will generally be made by means of a credit to your credit card.
    4. Although every care is taken in the quality of content on this site, there may occasionally be an error and items may be mispriced. In this event we will either: contact you to ask if you wish to cancel the order, or simply cancel the order and notify you, at our own discretion. We are under no obligation to supply goods at the incorrect price.
  7. Delivery of Products
    1. We will arrange for delivery of the products you order by the method and to the address which you specify in the checkout procedure. However, the time for delivery will not be essential to the contract between us.
    2. If you do not take delivery of the products or supply adequate delivery instructions, we may cancel your order and retain the products. In this event, we will refund you the price of the products, but you will still be liable to pay any delivery charges.
    3. If there is an error or any other delivery problem in respect of the products ordered, you must notify us in writing within 14 days after the delivery date. We will not be liable for any loss or damage if you fail to do this.
  8. Cancelling Orders
    You have the right to cancel your order if either:
    within seven days from the date of delivery if Zeinafoods has supplied goods to you;
    or within seven days from the date Zeinafoods sent you the Order confirmation if you have not been supplied goods.
    The cancellation notice should be sent by e-mail to Zeinafoods at eshop@zeinafoods.com and must state your name, a description of the goods and order number; attaching the Order Confirmation Zeinafoods originally sent you.
    This will also assist Zeinafoods in processing your cancellation as quickly as possible. (The Order Number is stated in the Order Confirmation emailed to you on Zeinafoods acceptance of your order).
    Where Zeinafoods have supplied goods to you, you must take reasonable care of goods in your possession pending their return to Zeinafoods.
    Zeinafoods will only accept the returned goods in their original packaging and which have been unopened. If otherwise, this will invalidate your right to cancel the contract.
    You must return the goods to Zeinafoods by registered post or similar within five days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays) from the date of Cancellation Notice. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to Zeinafoods and the risk of damage to the goods in transit.
    If the goods are damaged in transit Zeinafoods reserves the right to refuse a refund, and it will be your responsibility to seek compensation from the carrier.
    Once Zeinafoods has received the returned goods and satisfied itself that you have complied with the above clause, it will send you confirmation by e-mail that the return of goods has been accepted by Zeinafoods and will immediately make a refund for the cost of the goods at the contract price to your debit or credit card used to purchase the goods.
  9. General
    1. The products advertised in the Web Site are intended for sale to persons dealing as consumers and are not for re-sale.
    2. The Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 shall not apply to any contract between us, so that no contractual rights are conferred on third parties.
    3. Any contract between us shall incorporate these terms and conditions and be under English law. If there is any dispute, the English Courts will have exclusive jurisdiction.
