it’s world Nutella day! and what better way to celebrate all things Nutella than a delicious recipe using it alongside our peeled pistachio kernels from our brand new baking range. Our brand new baking range features all kinds of different nuts perfect for all your baking and cooking needs, and includes products like blanched flaked almonds and cashew pieces!


  • 120g unsalted butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 50g caster sugar
  • 100g dark brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 280g Nutella
  • 350g self raising flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 50g Zeina Green Peeled Pistachio Kernels
  • 100g dark chocolate (optional to drizzle on top)

1. Melt the butter and mix with the caster and dark brown sugars, then mix in the eggs and vanilla

2. Melt the Nutella and add into the bowl, then add the flour, pistachios and salt and stir until combined

3. Place the dough in the fridge to set for half an hour & preheat the oven to 180’c

4. Take a spoonful of cookie dough, roll it into a ball and press it onto a baking tray, repeat this until you have used all the dough, then bake for 8-10 minutes

5. Leave the cookies to cool while you melt the chocolate in a bain-marie, then take a spoon and drizzle the chocolate over the cool cookies and leave to set
