As January seems to be the season of fresh starts and healthy eating, why not kickstart your morning with a delicious Zeina pistachio smoothie! this smoothis contains lots of protein, good fats and many essential vitamins, nutrients and antioxidants to beat those January blues and start off 2018 in the best way possible!
- blender or food processor
- 2 frozen bananas
- 75g raw pistachio kernels
- 30g raw cashews
- 1 avocado
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 2 cups almond milk (or any other milk)
- 2 deglet nour dates
- A squeeze of fresh lemon juice
All you have to do is peel and chop the avocado, pit the dates, and then add all the ingredients into your food processor and blend.
Perfect for that January health kick!
