The perfect balance of fruit and nut, an earthy bite with a sweet tarty flavour, try this delightful recipe and you’ll be baking everyday!

Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup plant based milk
- 1/3 cup yoghurt
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- touch of vanilla
- pinch of salt
- 1 cup Zeina Ground blanched almonds
- 1 cup plain flour
- 2 tbsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup sugar
- handful of frozen raspberries
- 100g chocolate chips
- Zeina blanched Hazelnuts
How to:
- Preheat the oven to 190°c and set up muffin liners into tins.
- In a stand mixer, mix the eggs, milk, yoghurt, olive oil, vanilla and salt until fully combined.
- In a separate bowl, add the almond meal, flour, baking powder and sugar
- Add the dry ingredients to the main bowl and once mixed in, add the raspberries and chocolate chips.
- Pour the mixture into the muffin tins and top with hazelnuts.
- Set in the oven for 25 minutes and the top is golden
- Let it cool until ready to enjoy!
