Looking for a super easy and super delicious sophisticated pasta recipe to impress your friends with? well we’ve got you covered! This creamy pistachio pasta is the ultimate dinner party main, our recipe serves 4 so the quantities will need to increase/decrease depending on how many guests you have or how hungry you are! You can also substitute the double cream for soy (or any plant based) cream to make this recipe vegan


  • 300g pasta (any you like, we used tagliatelle!)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 white onion
  • 70g Zeina Pistachios
  • 180ml double cream


1. Cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the packet

2. While the pasta is cooking, fry off the onion and garlic in olive oil until soft, then add in the Zeina pistachios and cook for another 2-3 minutes

3. Transfer the onion mixture to a blender and blend until smooth – or whatever texture you prefer for your sauce

4. Put the blended mix back into the pan and add the cream, season to taste with salt and pepper

5. Stir in the pasta and some of the pasta water until your sauce reaches the desired thickness, then serve
